Working Remotely and helping patients navigate their mental health challenges.

Cons

Their "compensation" algorithm is not transparent--and most physicians who work here feel mislead. Any time you ask a question/support--you're given a canned response such as "we will look into it". Save your energy and find another organization to work with.

Benefits Are still the best I have seen Remote work is an option and creates a healthy work life balance. I really had high hopes for this company

Cons

Change management is awful and everything is done in a rush. The culture needs improvement. It was great but then things changed.

Pros

Ability to work from home or remotely from anywhere, couldn't have better HR and IT support- extremely timely and responsive, many learning opportunities, training and workshops, a positive, friendly and collaborative team, and GREAT managers and leadership. Good benefits!

Cons

Technology can be confusing and difficult to learn at the start if you are remote, workload is heavier in the beginning until you develop your own system for time management.
