Pros

It's wonderful for your work to make a difference for a cause that matters, and you can tell that sentiment is shared throughout Talkiatry. My immediate team is very hardworking, transparent, inclusive, and empathetic. Talkiatry is constantly looking for ways to improve their benefits. $0 premium health, life, dental, and vision insurance. They recently increased our PTO as well, and we have 11 paid company holidays. Very fast response to social issues (such as Roe v. Wade)

Cons

Communication between departments could be improved upon.

Pros

Fast hiring process, employee paid benefits, nice manager

Cons

Very bad culture, intense quota, and difficult job responsibilities. Very low pay for what they expect The training is very bad. It is cameras on all day while the trainer (who is very mean and doesn’t want to train at all) has very little patience.

Pros

None. Even if you have experience within psychiatry, they'll still pay you the flat $18 an hr they pay everyone else.

Cons

Recruiting lies to get people within the 'doors', promises you different hours than they're actually hiring for, and have been since June. Management is terrible and doesn't get back to you in regards to anything. I basically left my company for a promise of something better, because their doors were closing, and got nothing out of it. They lied from the get, and should be sued for misinformation from the beginning. Listen to most of the one star reviews and stay far away from this place.
