Pros

Finally a company that cares about mental health so much that they - Lay people off with no notice, wiping their computers in the middle of the night and sending them an email to let them know they have been let go. - Use the same employees who have been let go to create a plan to offshore work to Colombia. - Require employees to sign a severance statement in order to be eligible for 2 weeks of severance pay (which may render them ineligible for unemployment). - Show a lack of respect and regard for the people that they are firing, using corporate fluff to try and lessen the blow.

Cons

Will lay you off without notice.

News like this is hard to deliver, and incredibly hard to receive. Our colleagues are teammates and friends. This decision was difficult. While it may seem abrupt, we spent months weighing options and searching for alternate solutions. Our leadership decided this decision was the best one for the company’s long-term mission. We’re doing everything we can to help those affected in their transition.

Pros

Flexibility of working remotely (main reason I took this job) Great coworkers and clinical leaders.

Cons

Growing too fast to support the staff they have. Ramp up is not what was promised. Support staff seemed stressed and overworked. Not following through on promises made when hiring. Was promised to be licensed in other states, now will not help with that and instead hiring new providers and getting them licensed in multiple states. The comprehensive screening process that was promised is gone in lieu of automated scheduling processes, which has led to numerous inappropriate patients being scheduled.

We really appreciate your candor. We're happy you enjoyed your time with coworkers and clinical leaders. We also take your suggestions for improvement seriously. We're rolling out some new processes and tools to step up our clinical support and are continuing to think of new ways to make sure our physicians have everything they need to be successful. Thank you for the feedback and your patience.

Awful from the start

Pros

None. Even if you have experience within psychiatry, they'll still pay you the flat $18 an hr they pay everyone else.

Cons

Recruiting lies to get people within the 'doors', promises you different hours than they're actually hiring for, and have been since June. Management is terrible and doesn't get back to you in regards to anything. I basically left my company for a promise of something better, because their doors were closing, and got nothing out of it. They lied from the get, and should be sued for misinformation from the beginning. Listen to most of the one star reviews and stay far away from this place.
