Great Internship

Pros

Provided multiple mentors, in office and field experience, and multiple projects for the course of the summer. I learned a lot and gained a lot of valuable experience. The people are wonderful, no matter the department, everyone was willing to help me out and answer my questions.

Pros

Great benefits, and some good people...depending on the department. Pay attention if you are looking at a position that is a backfill! How many people have left???

Cons

Extremely toxic culture, top management completely disconnected from what is actually occurring, unfortunately, so top talent leaves causing constant turnover. Keep doing things because "we've always done it this way", completely resistant to change or updates.
