Good Training, but lack of leads and all about cold calling where businesses are hounded by other processors and do not greet you positively, just another number

Cons

Treats everyone differently and the pay is not fair for commissions.

The payments industry is a challenging and rewarding industry, and you're right, it takes a ton of work to build up the business, make connections in your network and develop relationships everywhere you go! We believe that you have something special that would stand out from all of the other processors, because at the end of the day, clients are buying from the individual - not the company. The individual is a representation of the company brand. All of our field sales roles are located in different markets. The commission structure is the same across like-roles. Commission residuals are calculated on the businesses signed. There are opportunities for the long sale in building up relationships with referral partners (like banks) and there are short sales in connecting with small business owners. The opportunities are there and you are correct, it takes a consistent approach to build the pipeline.
