Thank you for your feedback! While there is a strategic direction for the company as noted in the mission, vision and values the path to achieve those broad strokes can appear to be chaotic, confusing and unnecessary from many vantage points. Keep in mind, that as an organization we are still integrating acquisitions within the company fabric. This can take longer than anyone likes and make leadership appear frozen. This process takes everyone throughout the organization to be successful and is a test of patience too. We have to be thoughtful in our approach to ensure that everything works seamlessly. . Please feel free to provide your input through the company channels and we look forward to a successful result!

Pros

Good training on fundamentals of sales. Good support from direct managers. Benefits, holidays.

Cons

This company is very much in startup mode and they are still going through growing pains figuring out their business model. The comp plan for Solution Consultants is completely broken. According to the "supplemental income" program, your starting comp is based on hitting certain goals -- except no one hits those goals. The way it's currently set up, the company is paying Solution Consultants nothing and it gets a pipeline built for free in return. SCs quit after a couple months because they need money. Management talks a lot about investing in their employees in terms of training, coaching, etc. This is true, but they also need to invest financially.

Thank you for your feedback! A new Go To Market launch has opportunities and challenges on all fronts. We have an open door policy and welcome the dialogue. The supplemental incentive plan is in place to support the learning process as our newly onboarded Solution Consultants build up their book of business. The plan is tiered based on production and can pay up to $10k for team members who hit the highest targets. While the $10k payout may be the exception, we do regularly pay out incentive compensation in amounts ranging from $1k - $5k per month - plus residuals. We do have some work ahead of us as we continue to develop an exciting sales organization with a world class supporting organization. We wish you great success in your next career opportunity!
