Excellent health insurance, MAGNET hospital,

Cons

Nursing leadership are out of touch with bedside nursing, nursing ratios at night are sometimes unsafe, hiring freeze announced with no heads up and no in house mobility to transfer (thus why career opportunities are 1/5), bedside nurses have no say despite committees, pay is low compared to other hospitals (supposedly due to our excellent insurance), hospital census is high - every night every bed is taken so moving patients to higher levels of care or to isolation rooms takes hours or days.

None, none, zero, zip, nada. If you are looking for a good place to work, go somewhere else.

Cons

Cliquish, back-stabbing people. Nobody focuses on what they can do; they are always in other people's business. 99.9% of their employees think they can make themselves look better by directing the attention away from themselves and onto other people. This way they can deflect from their own job deficiencies.
