Pros

Good training. Good first job to learn about digital marketing. Some people are good to work with.

Cons

Don't listen to the fake reviews on here. Prior to working here, I worked at two other agencies, and this had to be one of THE most toxic workplace environments I've ever experienced. The workload is unimaginable coupled with the crippling stress and condescending owner. PLEASE do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

There was a great group of entry level employees. Everyone was trying hard tp support one another, but everything was so erratic.

Cons

Run. Run far and run fast. Although, I have not been there for long, it became very clear early that this place was all sort of messed up and pivots on the whim of an ancient, delusional owner trying to stay relevant. There was zero diversity at this company, and it was so pathetic. Truly sad that the CEO would stand by and condone the bad treatment of entry level employees.

Pros

The people who work there are the only reason you should ever want to work there. Pay is kind of mediocre but relative to the work.

Cons

Limited resources to learn. Real-time projects are not there. Raises are preset from upper management not even your own manager. They do not care about retaining good employees. It's always about quantity over quality.
