i gotta say that it's a competitive product. Marketing team is good - They even write a high rating review in Glassdoor disguised as employees.

Cons

You sign up for a stagnant career. You notice this right away Management barely listens to anyone. 'anyone can be replaced' - their culture Work environment is toxic because of some key people Upper management is rude and intimidating when addressing employee issues Less Pay - way less than industry standards

Outstanding communication from leadership. The leadership team is accessible and hands on when needed. There is a tremendous sense of teamwork and a culture of open communication. Tango has so many people with years of experience and all are open to take the time to mentor. The Tango team as a whole is dedicated, hard working, and committed to the success of the company without sacrificing a work/life balance. This company helps those that help themselves and there is a lot of support for those people that want to win. People who go above and beyond are recognized for their efforts and there is a general positive attitude that is infectious.

Freshers get responsibility and learning opportunities.

Cons

Very negative and political place to work. The management is unprofessional and uses fear tactics in an attempt to do their job. They share insult in feedback and make employees feel worthless. They don't promote a workplace that is stimulating.
