Pros

There are some team members that really care about their jobs, patients and truly embracing the Tanner way. The benefits are really good and I have been an employee and patient, and had good experiences in both.

Cons

The managers in some departments play favorites. The pay is pretty low for a lot of jobs and the upper management really cares about a lot of important things, but also doesn't care about a lot of other important things. It's hard to get things accomplished there.

Pros

They pay part of your lunchdepending on your position

Cons

Always short handed. Get off late most days. If you are short handed, you work extra weekends and holidays with no extra pay. Micro management and quota of pt expected to see. Not enough help to accurately do the job. Medical staff can sometimes be difficult to work with or not have someone second guessing or trying to do your job. The pay is comparably lower even after 2 market increases. Cant get applicants to apply. Prospective employees turn the job down due to low salary.
