Fast-paced, easy, and fun work, but poor management and communication.

Pros

Working on your own with very flexible scheduling. Lots of chances to earn money quickly.

Cons

Management is usually remote. Support while working is almost always backed up and so you can’t do your job. They are constantly updating and changing and testing new things without notifying Couriers. The pay structure changed significantly after my first year which led to lower pay.

Pay is $10 an hour minimum with an uncapped commission of $3.50 per order delivered whichever of the two was higher was your pay

Cons

Lack of management support and lots of technical issues along with too few orders coming in

Pros

-Can schedule you own shifts -Some shifts do have a potential for you to make a lot, up to $20/hr

Cons

-Management is very money oriented and will only try to motivate you by talking about how much money you could be making by giving them more of your time -Shifts with low orders will leave you with an empty paycheck
