Pros

Very flexible scheduling. Motivation based work: you make more the harder you work. Pay is great for a college student.

Cons

Communication can be tough with management. Also tapingo still appears to be figuring things out, but they are getting better.

Very flexible schedules and ability to choose from a broad range of shifts. Great pay for a part time delivery job.

Cons

Sometimes the management is not strict enough in enforcing rules such as showing up or taking the latest orders first.
