Nothing is good forget about great

Pros

- Work from home is the only pros. - Colleagues are good, but this is not pros of the company

Cons

- No vision at all, management given to very wrong hands. - Half of the company is on bench, hence frequent firing is there. Very bad environment created because of frequent firing - Very small projects - from few days to a month, stretch same projects to get work - No sales team, depends on the parent company - Unable to retain good people, almost all the old employees has left the company within a span of 6 month - A very BIG NO for this company

Pros

Nice open environment. Culture is good. People are awesome. It has always been a great place for new challenges, no doubt! Occasional events are nice enough. Flexible working hours, Work from home option is very nice.

Cons

Dire need of Sound managers, understanding management and a vision. Work load is alright and depends on the solutions in action but there are no contingency plans ever. A developer may be fired for a Manager's mistake! If you want to leave the organisation after serving 5 years loyally, they treat you like Aliens and want you to serve till the 90th day! *lack of good managers *lack of proper planning before jumping into new projects *no respect to loyal employees.
