Open culture – anybody can give their views/inputs to anyone irrespective of the higher hierarchy, Current Office Location- Easily approachable from everywhere, Technology involved are quickly evolving and thus there is lot of scope for learning, Activities on Teaming and collaboration – Organization wide events throughout the year, Opportunity to work on Global projects (Sweden, Finland.. ), No dress code., Employee friendly policies like device purchase policy and work from home, etc

Cons

Tarento lacks branding, Heavy traffic, Tarento lacks active social presence to engage people inside and outside Tarento.
