Benefits are decent, good people to work with. Not sure if this is a pro or not....has family values but like every family, some bring nothing to the party, others just take, other just complain, but a few, a few you really want to work with.

Cons

No leadership, bunch of finger pointing, no responsibility, no communication, Good 'ol boy clubs, they reward brown noses. No growth opportunities. No work life balance, expect you to work nights and weekends and then come in and work normal schedule.
