One Pro is the few people that help and show initiative. Nice 401k , they'll match 5% plus give you 3% more for that 5% max , decent insurance but thats all fog when managers cuss and throw Radios , plus talk mess about their employees in front of everyone. The Job was full of promises in the 1st year, after that you begin to see how they dangle their pennies at you. Average raise for 95% of workers is around 1 dollar per year , had a 25 cent raise a few years back. Targa Promised the world and a "No limit top out Pay " only to almost earn what my previous job paid 9 years later (actually 20 cents less), a Very True statement ! Company growth , New 1st time Management and High turnover rate have Morale at an all time low. Avoid at all cost if you're not from down yonder , that is unless you know someone who will shelter and push you into one of those Good Old Boy Positions.
