everyone on my team is very flexible, understanding, and prioritizes well-being and family above all else. the company recognizes the advantages in remote work and is doing it's best to keep what's working and improve what is not

Cons

there is little room for upward movement on one team. you typically have to leave your department and move to another business and/or team to get "promoted". applying for other roles internally is no different than being an external hire. your network and work do not speak for themselves.
