Pros

Very fair compensation. Do a great job and you will be rewarded.

Cons

Constant shift in store management results in a lack of consistency and breaks up good routines. New management can come in with strong power trips and deflate morale. There is not much room for internal promotion.

Pros

- Very nice hourly pay for high schoolers - Fun environment - lively & nice people - nice employee benefits after 1 years

Cons

- Long hours - Very hard to change shifts - A lot of the time you're on your feet for 7+ hours - "You called in too late." and "You called in too early." You can never please them apparently. - Only a 10% employee discount and only if you have the credit/debit card. Needs to pay in cash if you don't have either of those to receive the 10%.

Pros

Provides good hours and it is a fast paced environment. Helping customers out can be rewarding

Cons

Team leaders are extremely rude and arrogant. You learn the job on your own.
