Worked every weekend, would have been nice to have one of those weekend days off every once in a while. Not a lot of say in who gets hired as your superviser, the whole department didn’t want someone specific hired as the team lead and they were hired anyway.

Cons are that they expect way too much from us. I work at the busiest store in my city and it gets really really busy and the abandons get really bad, especially on the weekends. They expect me to cover people's lunches in the Beauty/Pharmacy section and the Electronics section of the store, come up to a check lane whenever they ask, and get all of my freight, price change, abandons put away, and anything else I need to get done that day. Plus we all have to constantly attend to the fitting room because there is no fitting room attendant according to company policy, so whenever we go to the fitting room, there is no team member presence there so guests are confused as to whether they are supposed to help themselves to a room or not, plus they leave piles upon piles of clothes on the floor of the fitting room which we have to come back and pick up and take a long time to hang back up on the right hangers and push back out on the sales floor. All in all, they ask way too much of us.
