Pros

Decent pay for retail. Flexible schedule for college students.

Cons

Workers are overworked and underappreciated. There are so many extra tasks added that are not part of the job description that prevent employees from getting their actual work done on time. The workload has by far exceeded the pay for this position. Just because this job pays more than most retail jobs doesn't mean it's okay to over task employees. This isn't even a livable wage.

Pros

Customers leave messes as big as a tornado's. Bosses expect too much. Lots of work to do definitely not chill but time can pass quick because of all the work which I guess is not bad. On the plus side, there are a lot of hours sometimes because of all the turnover.

Cons

Ok, just read the "pros".
