Terrible with you having another job/ life outside of target, management was terrible, discount isn't anything

- Coworkers are mostly friendly and helpful - Good pay (kind of) - 10% discount on all target products + 5% if you have the red card

Cons

- Heavy workload - Micromanagement - Simple job but physically demanding, doesn't require a lot of creativity or strategic thinking - Not a lot of room to grow

Pros

Fairly simple job, low-to mild noise levels and willing to help when asked. Everyone treats you fairly nicely. Pay is competitive fair.

Cons

Little to no training on everyday vocab and acronyms. target uses them regularly and if you haven't worked a sales job before it can be confusing. Communication between upper management and the sales floor team members isn't very strong. There was a lot of repeating yourself, figuring it out for yourself, or completely being ignored. I've noticed that LODs (Leader on Duty) have the bad habit of talking down to their employees in an condescending way.
