Pros

-Reasonable hours -Shifts to suit your time and availabilities - Friendly staff - mostly older, mature employees -Learning how to do the procedures and systems is straight forward

Cons

-Always being shifted around to different departments -Work builds up and get blamed for it, because store is understaffed -Shift times sometimes do not match your needs, if reject you might not get any work for few days/weeks

Pros

Good pay for what you do, flexible hours. Don't need to think a lot on the job, can even be relaxing when they're not busy.

Cons

Mind-numbing work, you feel like a drone. Not much communication with the rest of the team, especially management. I didn't know who my store's senior manager was until 6 months after joining, and even then I only found out because they were leaving.
