Pros

The work was not difficult

Cons

The scheduling could change the day before and you won’t be notified. Then you could get a no call no show and get in trouble.

Pros

Starting pay is generally higher than most places. The work isn’t terribly hard in the back. Getting time off is easy, even without any PTO.

Cons

After a year of working good luck trying to get any sort of raise. Most team leads have attitude problems, and will openly talk bad about other people/departments. Each department apparently has different rules on what they’re allowed to do/wear based on what the team leads do/don’t like.

Pros

Goals are easy to understand and easy to begin. It's an easy job if you can stay on task and not get distracted easily.

Cons

Work can be monotonous. Doesn't feel very challenging. Spend a lot of time scanning and sorting items.
