Pros

I like almost everything about working at Target. The Managment really makes you feel like what your doing is worth while.

Cons

The only con I can think of is if you close your responsible for cleaning up everyone's left over work from the whole day.

Cons

Very few opportunities to advance arise. Pay raises are very low. Few ways to really keep track of your employees performance
