Pros

Small rewards (such as gift cards or free lunch) for sales and credit sign ups.

Cons

If you get hurt, they WILL find a way to fire you. Also, they are intolerant of alternative lifestyles. A male customer service rep openly said he would be performing in a drag show on a weekend, on his day off. One week later he was fired when they added him to the schedule after it had been posted, he did not see the update nor was made aware of it, and did not show up. I, personally, received a concussion an off the job, attempted to work and got dizzy, so was sent home. I was advised by doctors and with written excuse to not work for a week and get plenty of rest.

Pros

-People are nice enough and helpful

Cons

-For the discount you either have to pay in cash or use their RedCard -The maximum hours you'll be getting in a shift is 7 hours and even then you get a 45 minute unpaid lunch. -Work Schedule is hectic, in my first 2 weeks of working there they had my schedule changed 4 times last minute, and one of them I didn't even know until I got to work.
