The people I work with make my job enjoyable. We have a good time, but at the same time, we get the work done. Our supervisors are encouaging and don't hover around you.

Cons

I don't see much of an opportunity to advance in this company. It doesn't seem like they promote from within.

Pros

Nothing is really all that hard to do. Management is pretty lenient when mistakes are made. Co-workers are mostly friendly.

Cons

Can't use a credit card to receive the employee discount. Customers can be pretty rude and obnoxious, like all jobs in the service industry. Several co-workers can't speak more then 20 words of English and I don't know Spanish, hard to co-operate with them without translators. Occasionally understaffed and slow at replacing people.
