Pros

They had good benefits for full and part-time employees (before the health care reform). Target had corporate discounts, in-office wellness events, volunteer opportunities. Once you were at work, you had your own Target family. If you're more involved with your organization, you'll learn to love it. It's not the kind of place where you just clock-in clock-out. From my experience, management wanted more from you (in a growing, developing way) I've learned a lot working there. I would recommend Target for people who have little or no experience in guest service.

Cons

Hours and pay can be terrible. One month you'll be working a good amount of hours, and then they cut it dramatically and there's nothing you could do about it.
