Pros

I suppose they're flexible enough. If I need a day off, they're pretty cool about approving it. They've worked with my school schedule, but that's not that hard considering...

Cons

...the hours are awful. Everything other than the flexibility is terrible. Upper management, especially. And, as I said in the title, the pay is ridiculous.

Pros

Great for anyone looking to break into retail, customer service, human resources, or entry-level management. I had an excellent time working at Target - fair staff, fair hours for a part-time employee, and great first job.

Cons

Would be nicer if staff was swapped around store consistently so that anyone starting out could get experience in all areas of the store, especially around seasonal time. I was constantly scheduled as cashier just because I was quick, even though I would have preferred to be in guest services or elsewhere.
