Pros

10% discount….. flexible hours the work isn’t hard, it’s just a lot

Cons

$15/hr is nice when you’re properly staffed, so everything is flowing fine. But, when you are having to do your job plus the work of other people because the store is not properly staffed. You need more than $21/hr because it is stressful and wears on your back and ankles.

Pros

I actually really appreciated the culture at target. Working overnight in inbound we got a additional $1/hour differential which is great

Cons

Probably store and team specific but my coworkers sucked.

Pros

2, paid 15 minute breaks and 1, 30 minute unpaid lunch during an 8 hour shift. The pay is decent considering Arkansas minimum wage is 11. Team members, Team Leads, and Executive Team Leads work together to achieve a common goal.

Cons

Understaffed, so typically required to work more than what your responsibilities call for. Can sometimes be stressed to work harder to meet deadlines, and can lead to burnout.
