Pros

The hourly wage was good not only for my base but when I would work before 7 AM or during time and a half. I also learned skills related to customer service.

Cons

The only downside of working at Target was I felt more like a number and not a person at times.

Pros

Paycheck and 10% discount are nice. Great place for advancement only if you are a minority, gay or a woman

Cons

High expectations for the few hours they schedule you. Managers take create for all you do and expect you to cover for their incompetence, Want 2000+ piece truck unloaded under two hours at expense of employee wellbeing (ie no break for four hours to get food or water) and morale. Low advancement for a white male
