Pros

Friendly, big company, benefits, in time crunch team seriously kicks in to help

Cons

Overnight work (12am-5am)is seriously exhausting both physically and mentally if you are not used to working this shift and should be appropriately compensated but it is not. Too many leaders, not giving clear instructions/goals Not following set protocols-no walkies or working in break room

Pros

-Your coworkers and the friendships you make at work

Cons

-Only care about reducing costs at the expense of reducing work hours but at the same time they beg people to stay longer -Team leads like to hide in offices/backroom and just spend time talking to each other -Expect one worker to do the work of 5 others but do not give adequate raises -The only time they give workers more hours is when there will be a visit and they need the store to look good
