Pros

Sometimes you get bonuses (varied from $200-$500) 10% off discount ETL thinks Target is life so you can not call out.

Cons

If they are short staffed, they will overwork you. ETL is not very good at making schedules. Some team leads will talk to you any type of way when they do no work.

Terrible management

Pros

Flexibility of scheduling, willing to work around school schedule, decent hourly pay for required work, overall hours offered.

Cons

Ignorant or incompetent management, always putting customers over their employees, disorganized store with management offering no incentive for other employees to try, no recognition for good work, early morning start hours are terrible, disregard for well-being physically or mentally for any employees, playing favorites.
