      Good work-life balance; flexibility is the norm

      Cons

      Highly political environment. If you happen to work for leaders who have influence and are willing to champion you, you have it made. On the flip side, if your leader isn’t that person, at best you won’t have upward mobility; at worst, you’re doomed for the next round of layoffs.
