Pros

The coworkers were great to me.

Cons

I had to encounter many people that I knew for a fact were not supportive of my cultural and racial background. On the contrary I met some very nice people as well.

Pros

Working for a large name brand will always open doors and opportunities. It comes at a cost. Education benefits are quite strong. If you’re looking to get your bachelors, certifications, etc., the company could be a good fit for a period of time.

Cons

The AI summary of the reviews really nails the experience: Report of a toxic culture and favoritism really create a divide. Micromanagement and poor communication Advancement is limited and rarely based on merit While Target may seem like a dream employer, the culture and politics can be stifling for those who aren’t Target lifers. Any new ideas or improvements are often seen as a threat so proceed with caution.

Pros

On demand scheduling Discount on everything Flexibility

Cons

It would be hard to have this be a full time job as there are never enough hours Constant rotation of management Disconnect between HQ and the stores I used to be very proud of their diversity and inclusion both for employees and customers. All need to feel welcomed.
