Pros

Lots of flexibility when I was at Target in terms of corporate jobs being available as remote, But note they do seem to be going back to a focus on hiring only around hubs. For corporate roles, they also do prioritize work life balance, as most teams had employees with kids and often many were still able to be flexible with hours as needed.

Cons

Pay depending on your field can be on the lower end. With the company's ability to stay competitive in question, you may not be able to rely on a decent stock bonus either, given that stock is highly dependent on company performance, with your own personal performance at work taken into consideration.

Pros

Making friends and if you're lucky you're able to cross-train in different departments.

Cons

Overworked between running gs, drive-ups, dealing with the guests, watching the front lanes, calling for backup with no help, no management support, and guests who are super rude. Too many cliques and most act like it's highschool drama.
