Pros

They pay money but crush your spirit.

Cons

Management ruins the entire work experience. Well dressed lizard people that don't understand the basic functions of the job will make unneeded changes that slow you down and make your job more difficult while ignoring obvious problems that should be addressed. They have no problem making the job unsafe while preaching safety is the number one priority. HR is a joke, clerical workers at best. Will keep resources under their hat, you have to do your own research. They make the rules as they go, using only word of mouth to set them, nothing in print. They have no grasp on mental health or team building. The blind ambition to compete with Amazon will destroy this company. Seek other employment. Money isn't everything. How you treat employees matters more, sometimes. They lose most good workers because of this. Maybe that's why they're always hiring. It's not growth, it's inability to treat people right. Don't breath wrong or you'll be fired or "coached" or wrote up and that corrective action stays in effect for a year. Good luck with that.
