Pros

Team leaders were chill and hardworking people unlike the ETLs and SD above them. A good amount of breaks during the shift which are mandatory. You won't be pulled during your break, even if the store is extremely busy. Decent pay, especially if you pick up Sunday hours. Super easy to get hired if the store needs people, my store was hiring just about everyone who applied.

Cons

ETLs and SDs are generally useless except for a few. They spend the whole day nitpicking others' work while doing none themselves and just wasting time talking among themselves. The only thing they are good for is to call over to deal with the occasional crazy guest. Wonky hours sometimes, I would go from having 40 hours in a week to 14 hours sometimes. If you work fulfillment your performance will solely be based on a few useless metrics like your picking/pack rates and INF rates. These metrics and some others will be used in your yearly review to determine your pay increases.
