Pros

-Team leaders are incredibly supportive -Pay is awesome -Target is an inclusive workplace -Discount (5% with RedCard + 10% TM discount, with extra's on certain brands) -Relatively consistent scheduling -Flexible for students -Never boring -Seems like a great company to move up in

Cons

-A lot of work to be done in a short amount of time -Can be stressful as modernization changes things, especially for newer TM's who are often the last to be told of changes. Modernization in general seems like it won't work with the current allocation of hours/staff, but I can see it working if there were more people in each zone. -More senior TM's get away with a lot (not backstocking, not answering the phones, etc.) -Very physically demanding, depending on your department
