Nice company as a whole!

Cons

Unfair treatment of employees. Yes its great for the customer to be happy. But the employees have to be happy as well. They don't respect us like we think they do. ITS ALL ABOUT THE GUEST. But yet the guest wouldnt be happy if it wasn't for the employees doing their jobs correctly. I don't want free snacks all the time. What I want is respect and better pay!!!
