Pros
The job is pretty self explanatory. It has a nice clean work environment with great technology to aid in daily tasks. When there are enough team members on the floor it is easy to do your job well and get tasks done appropriately. They raised the starting wage to $9 which is a huge plus.
Cons
Upper management is always trying to cut corners which means understaffed shifts on busy days which makes getting your assigned tasks done very difficult. There is lack of training for floor staff who are expected to cover areas they are not trained for. At my store the scheduling manager does a horrible job of rotating weekend staff and you can easily be scheduled to work both saturday and sunday every weekend of every month unless you speak up. Some floor managers do not help ouqt on the floor at all.
