Pros

You do get 15 minutes breaks every four hours(paid) and an unpaid 30 minute break every 6 hours. They pay you usually a little higher than the minimum wage. There is room for growth if you desire to stick around and learn about different areas.

Cons

If you start part time at story you will be lucky if you even get 15 hours a week. Here in Miami I started with that and as soon as you saw less customer traffic your hours were practically non-existent. They are pretty disorganized on this. You do not receive any insurance benefits being part time until you have worked there for at least 6 months.

Pros

Flexible hours and reasonable with time off requests. Being able to work with a great team and build friendships.

Cons

Promotions are now once a year and seem to be getting less and less. Number of people out on the floor on any given day is not enough and there seems to be more pressure to get more things done that just aren't possible with two people
