Pros

The work was easy, co-workers were nice. That's about it.

Cons

Absolutely to no room for internal growth. The company does NOT care about you, if anything, it barely cares about people in management. Awful pay. Management are trained not to engage with you in anything that's not work related/or that promotes their own advancement within the company. Target always comes up short in hours and is ALWAYS severely understaffed AT ALL TIMES throughout the day, sometimes even during peak holiday hours, increasing your workload/frustration.

Pros

Camaraderie and just helping customers out. I liked the ability to give fellow teammates accolades and post them on the board.

Cons

Hours during the holidays can be stressful but that's retail.
