Pros

A very people oriented company, Pretty good starting pay. Friendly staff depending on where you are placed. Workload isnt tremendously hard for a retail store, Even during the busy season everyone pulls their weight including management.

Cons

Raises could be better, Wish that there was more opportunity to move up.

Pros

Easy tasks, sufficient time for breaks and lunches

Cons

Low staffing causes work to not get done, the same people close every night and have to stay until the manager allows us to leave, MyTime is more harm than help, there are no nice work hours for part-time team members-- you're either working a 4 hour shift or a 9 hour shift, people who are slow and do poor work don't get disciplined and you're left to pick up their slack before you can go home, management calls you and attempts to guilt trip you into working on a day off because they're understaffed
