Pros

You're always meeting new people, if you need to pick up hours they will almost always say yes, if you like working with a team this may be a good job for you.

Cons

There are so many managers so it's hard to communicate. One tells you one thing, and when another manager comes on they'll tell you another. The pay isn't all that good for what you're doing on the sales floor, especially in softlines. Which is cleaning up after all of the customers all day. It becomes tedious folding the same table over and over. Management doesn't treat employees with respect. There is a very high turn over rate.
