Pros

Flexible Schedules, 10% Discount for Team Members, regular breaks

Cons

Cutting hours down tremendously while hiring new people to work hours that you are available, Raises are minimal almost laughable when given, managers do not take the time to talk with team members about issues, just give write-ups or cut hours for no apparent reason, hard to balance a second job when the almost require Full Open Availability, Extremely low pay compared to other retailers, don't care about seniority will give your hours to others for no reason.
