Good benefits and flexibility, but customer harassment issues persist

The corporation gave a lot of benefits especially during covid period. Flexibility with scheduling.

Cons

Did not do much to protect staff from harassment from customers. Some older/management staff treated younger staff poorly because of minimal compensation gap
