      Pros

      The only pros for working at Target are pay, friendships, and the respect Target has in the retail industry.

      Cons

      They preach having a work life balance but this is a lie. Also they find college kids and use them up and spit them out in a few years. Avoid this job at ALL cost.....unless you want to work crazy hours, all holidays and without the payroll to get it done

      Pros

      decent pay, you do not need a business degree to get started and if you are succesful can quickly move up the ladder and their are oppurtunities for bonuses

      Cons

      starting out your pay and bonus and review really depend on if you get put in a good store or a bad store. i moved into a store that was failing and despite making 42 million dollars a year no manager qualified for a bonus while others in my class were 30 minutes away and automatically qualified for a bonus after one month because the store was running well when they got there.
