Pros

Target was a phenomenal at developing talent internally. If you can promote internally at Target you can get a job just about anywhere.

Cons

Target does not promote work-life balance or fair pay. It is not worth making $50k a year as an executive working 50-60 hours a week and every holiday.

Pros

Easy to get a job as long as you can pass a drug test and basic interview.

Cons

Very poor pay, poor benefits, poor work conditions, under-qualified leaders, not at all motivating, shoddy training, difficulty in knowing how well you are doing, and it is very obvious your opinions don't count and are not necessary to anyone above you.
