      Pros

      For someone looking to make 50k right out of college and building a resume in management this is a good place to start. Industry best benefits package.

      Cons

      Incredibly long hours, not for someone with a family at home. Expect to work min of 50+ hrs per week, if you work overnight expect more like 55-60. You are given about half the.resources necessary to complete your job and can not leave until the job is done.

      Flexible work schedules Offers Benefit Packages & 401k Match Many locations to transfer to if you would ever want or need

      Cons

      Target is bringing in more and more talent straight out of college to run it's stores. Opportunities to advance within the company are less available. Employees looking for advancement are not considered as desirable as fresh out of college grads. At the store level as a team member you will be expected to do many different job centers to get more hours.

      Pros

      As a mom, there was a lot of schedule flexibility and understanding when a child was sick or I needed to be at a school event.

      Cons

      Pushing of the Target Credit Card-pleeeeeze! Enough already! Also, working holidays/late nights wasn't so great.
