Pros

The way the store is set up if you are having any trouble there are always other employees who are able to jump in and help.

Cons

There is no over time, you cannot work more than eight hours a day, you cannot exceed more than 40 hours a week. This is coming from regular Team member, could be different the higher up you go.

Pros

They have a fairly flexible schedule which is really good for students who are not able to work on certain days or times throughout the week.

Cons

Its not rare to have to deal with angry guests with complaints which you can't really do anything about. Weekly hours vary a lot from week to week.

Pros

Target Retail has relatively better working environment, comparing to other retail stores. The structure of the organization including the store itself is well organized.

Cons

Inexperience Team Leader and LODs at the stores often mislead team members since they had not experience the basic operations for all departments in the store.
